User Data & Account Requests

This page explains how WedInBD.ai users can request account deletion and other user data-related requests. If you can create an account in the WedInBD.ai app, you can also delete it.

1. Delete your account in the app (recommended)

WedInBD.ai provides an in-app option to delete your account.

• Open the WedInBD.ai app
• Go to Settings → Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

If you choose this option, your profile becomes unavailable and your account enters our deletion process.

2. Request permanent deletion (hard delete) via email

If you prefer a permanent deletion request handled by our team, you can email us. This option is designed to be low-maintenance and reliable (and helps if you cannot access the app).

• Email: admin@wedinbd.ai
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Include: the email or phone number you used to register, and (if available) your user ID

Typical completion: within 7 days · Verification: we may request confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion

After we verify your request, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data from our active systems.
